The best advertising is word of mouth. It is our goal to have everyone of our participants leave with a positive view of our events. Our staff strives to create a memorable and pleasurable experience for all athletes and their parents. Some of our past participants have taken some time to share their experiences with you. Read what they have to say and form your own opinion but we are confident that you will find us to be the premier provider of services to the high school athlete in the State Of Texas.

Our  son Osas Ebomwonyi is s senior at Pflugerville High School.  My son’s athletic ability and his height at 6’8 just was not enough to get looks from any colleges prior to this summer.  My family entrusted TJ Garza with our son’s future and boy did it pay off.  Osas went from nothing to five Division I offers from Montana, Lamar, Sam Houston, Citadel and Centenary all from April 2008 to July 2008.  We owe a great deal to Mr. Garza for helping our son to have the opportunity to play at the next level and get a college scholarship.  Thanks again TJ Garza

"Max has always been someone you can count, a man whose actions show he's about the kids. If he says he is going to do something, he does it. I've known him for 10 years and have always seen him put forth maximum effort to make sure his players have every opportunity. Many of our athletes from Pflugerville High School have been involved in the Texas D-1 Ambassadors program and gained additional recruiting opportunities on the National Level because of it. He has always asked just two things of each player; Act Right, and to Play Hard.

TJ Garza’s company Speed Killz Period is a source of legitimacy in the athletic arena with speed development and explosive movements and his services are in high demand from all levels of competitions.  His clients range from professional and collegiate athletes to high school and middle school age athletes.  His ability to attract people who want and need his services is a testament to the quality of his company and the curriculum in his field of expertise.  The honesty and integrity of T.J. Garza is just as important as the professional credentials he carriers.  He is clearly outstanding in these areas as well.  I will continue to support his company as long as the results are on a championship level and the character is of the same high caliber I have witnessed the last three years for our kids.

"Having the opportunity to not only know Max Ivany as a coach, but also as a close friend for the last eight years or so allowed me to see firsthand how he works and interacts with the kids in his program. He is a determined and tireless worker that is always willing to do whatever he can do to help his kids succeed not only in sports (basketball), but life in general. He has always preached the importance of education/sports and how the two go hand in hand.

Our family was fortunate enough to be involved in Coach Ivany's program early on. He not only helped make my son, Bryan a better basketball player, but more importantly he helped make him a better well rounded individual and for
that our family owes him a debt of gratitude."

At an early age, we recognized our sons (Theo Ross) athletic ability and wanted him to develop in a safe yet effective manner.  In 2004, we had the opportunity to see TJ Garza’s training techniques and asked TJ to train Theo.  Theo has been training with TJ for the last four years.  TJ has trained Theo for football, basketball and track.  Theo has been a starter and major role player on all his teams.  In Junior High he was awarded the “Best Back” award in football, “Overall MVP” in basketball, and “Best in Field – Track & Field”.  This 2008 select AAU basketball season, Theo was awarded the “Overall MVP” on the TX Extreme.  As an 8th Grader, Theo was selected to attend the Schuman’s Top 100 Combine (an accomplishment usually reserved for high school athletes).  Theo is now starting on his freshmen football A-team as Quarterback.

We have developed a tremendous amount of trust in TJ after years of success due in part to his training techniques and knowledge of the industry.  TJ tailors his training for each position the athlete plays.  His physical training techniques’ are unique and extremely effective.  TJ’s connections and knowledge of the industry are equally impressive.  TJ’s advice is straight forward, honest and in Theo’s best interest.  TJ’s recommendations have helped us gain positive exposure for Theo.  As a freshman in high school, we are already receiving letters from various agencies.  With TJ’s help, we are confident that Theo is on track to receive an attractive athletic scholarship.

"Over the years I have had several players who have been a part of Max's Ambassador Program.  I have been impressed with the quality of the program and the amount of exposure to college coaches that the experience has afforded my players. Max has a relationship with virtually every major college coach in America. They all know about the program."

I have known TJ Garza for 6 years. In business, he is extremely professional. I've also had the pleasure of getting to know him and his family on a personal level. His commitment to both is none like I have ever witnessed. T.J. is energetic, dedicated and, above all, caring for the kids that come into his life via business. His knowledge of how to work with kids is outstanding. He has been a loyal business associate as well as a friend.
